Excel Glass Fibre Industries Pvt. Ltd. was started in 1980. It is a family owned company manufacturing high quality Varnished Fibreglass Sleevings for the electrical & electronic industry.

We are TS 16949-2009, ISO 9001-2008 and a 100ppm Certified company.

We are housed in 6000 sq. feet modern manufacturing facility in Chennai, INDIA.

We can manufacture Fibreglass Sleeves from 0.5mm to 25.0mm ID in various wall thicknesses, colors and coatings to customer standards and drawings.

Our main production segments are Polyurethane and Silicon Rubber Coated Fibreglass Sleevings. (both normal and flame retardant varieties)

We are equipped with a capacity to manufacture around one-lakh meters of varnished Fibreglass Sleeves a month in totally clean and environmentally safe surroundings with all the necessary approvals.

Our Sleevings are well accepted in the Industry especially in the Electrical, Auto Electrical (ancillary / sub-assembly) Power Electronic and Wiring Harness OE Companies in and around INDIA.
