AMF/ATS Panel

      Description

AMF/ATS Panel - Uninterrupted Power, Automated Reliability

Ensure Seamless Power Continuity with Our Advanced AMF/ATS Solutions

In today's interconnected world, an uninterrupted power supply is not a luxury, but a necessity. The AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) / ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) Panel is the intelligent heart of any robust backup power system, designed to automatically manage the transition between utility power and your standby generator.

Our state-of-the-art AMF/ATS panels provide critical protection against power outages, ensuring your operations remain continuous, your data secure, and your critical systems always running. From commercial buildings and data centers to hospitals and industrial facilities, our panels deliver unmatched reliability and peace of mind.

      Key Features:

      • Automatic Mains Failure Detection: Continuously monitors the incoming utility power for voltage, frequency, and phase integrity.
      • Intelligent Generator Start/Stop Control: Automatically sends start signals to the standby generator upon mains failure and initiates a cool-down and stop sequence upon mains restoration.
      • Automatic Load Transfer: Seamlessly switches critical loads from utility power to generator power, and back again, ensuring minimal downtime.
      • Advanced Microprocessor Control: Utilizes a high-performance programmable logic controller (PLC) or dedicated AMF controller for precise, reliable operation.
      • Comprehensive Protection Features:
        • Overload and Short-Circuit Protection
        • Over/Under Voltage and Frequency Protection (for both mains and generator)
        • Phase Sequence and Phase Loss Protection
        • Generator Overcrank Protection
        • High Engine Temperature & Low Oil Pressure Shutdown
      • User-Friendly Interface: Intuitive LCD/LED display and push-buttons for easy monitoring of system status, alarms, and parameter settings.
      • Programmable Parameters: Customizable settings for delay timers (mains failure, generator start, transfer, cool-down, mains return), engine warm-up, and more.
      • Integrated Battery Charger: Maintains the generator's starter battery in optimal condition, ensuring reliable starting.
      • Emergency Stop Functionality: Immediate shutdown for both generator and load transfer in critical situations.
      • Robust Enclosure: IP-rated industrial-grade steel enclosure, designed for harsh environments and maximum durability.
      • Remote Monitoring & Control (Optional): Integration with SCADA, BMS, or cloud-based platforms for real-time status updates, alarm notifications, and remote operation via Modbus TCP/RTU, GSM, or Ethernet.

      How It Works:

      1. Mains Monitoring: The AMF controller constantly monitors the utility (mains) power.
      2. Mains Failure Detected: If the utility power fails or deviates from pre-set parameters, the AMF controller activates.
      3. Generator Start: After a configurable delay, the AMF sends a start signal to the standby generator.
      4. Generator Ready: Once the generator starts and stabilizes at the correct voltage and frequency, the ATS is signaled.
      5. Load Transfer: The ATS automatically switches the electrical load from the failed utility supply to the generator supply.
      6. Mains Restoration: When the utility power returns and stabilizes, the AMF initiates a configurable cool-down period for the generator.
      7. Load Re-transfer: After the cool-down, the ATS switches the load back to the utility power.
      8. Generator Stop: The generator runs for a final cool-down period without load, then receives a stop signal from the AMF controller.

      Benefits for Your Business:

      • Eliminate Costly Downtime: Maintain continuous operations, preventing financial losses, data corruption, and disruption to critical services.
      • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Fully automated system reduces the need for manual intervention, freeing up personnel and ensuring rapid response.
