      Key Features & Benefits:

      • Exceptional Esthetics: Designed to mimic the natural translucency, shade, and contours of surrounding teeth, ensuring a seamless and beautiful smile.
      • Superior Strength & Durability: Fabricated from high-quality, biocompatible materials chosen for their resilience and longevity, capable of withstanding the forces of mastication.
      • Precision Fit: Advanced digital scanning and milling technologies ensure an accurate marginal fit, reducing the risk of secondary decay and promoting periodontal health.
      • Biocompatibility: All materials are carefully selected and tested for excellent tissue compatibility, minimizing the risk of allergic reactions or sensitivity.
      • Functional Restoration: Effectively restores proper chewing function, speech, and occlusal stability.
      • Versatile Material Options: A comprehensive range of materials to meet diverse clinical indications, esthetic demands, and patient budgets.
      • Reduced Chair Time: Consistent quality and precise fit often lead to smoother, quicker cementation appointments.

      Clinical Indications:

      Crowns:

      • Restoring severely decayed or fractured teeth.
      • Protecting teeth after root canal treatment.
      • Covering misshapen or discolored teeth for cosmetic improvement.
      • Anchoring a dental bridge.
      • Restoring dental implants.
      • Large fillings where insufficient tooth structure remains.

      Bridges:

      • Replacing one or more missing teeth.
      • Maintaining facial shape and preventing shifting of remaining teeth.
      • Restoring chewing ability and speech.
      • Distributing the forces of your bite properly.

      Available Material Options:

We offer a comprehensive selection of materials, each chosen for its specific advantages:

      1. All-Ceramic Solutions (Metal-Free)

      • Full-Contour Zirconia (FCZ):
        • Characteristics: Monolithic, extremely strong, fracture-resistant, and highly biocompatible. Available in various translucent grades.
        • Indications: Ideal for posterior crowns and bridges (up to 3-unit), bruxism patients, and cases requiring maximum strength. Can also be used for anterior where high strength is prioritized over maximum translucency.
        • Advantages: Unmatched strength, minimal opposing tooth wear, excellent esthetics (especially with high-translucency options).
      • Layered Zirconia:
        • Characteristics: A strong zirconia coping layered with high-quality feldspathic porcelain for enhanced esthetics.
        • Indications: Anterior and posterior crowns and bridges (up to 4-unit) where both strength and superior esthetics are crucial.
        • Advantages: Combines the strength of zirconia with the lifelike translucency and shade blending of porcelain.
      • Lithium Disilicate (e.max®):
        • Characteristics: Highly esthetic glass-ceramic with excellent translucency, chameleon effect, and good strength.
        • Indications: Anterior crowns, veneers, inlays/onlays, single posterior crowns, and 3-unit anterior bridges (up to the second premolar as the distal abutment).
        • Advantages: Exceptional esthetics, high bond strength to tooth structure, conservative tooth preparation, minimal opposing tooth wear.

      2. Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal (PFM)

      • Characteristics: A traditional, time-tested restoration combining a strong metal substructure with a porcelain layer for esthetics.
      • Indications: Single crowns and multi-unit bridges for both anterior and posterior applications.
      • Advantages: Proven track record, excellent strength, good marginal integrity, customizable alloy options (high noble, noble, or base metal).
      • Alloy Options:
        • High Noble (Gold): Excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and precision.
        • Noble (Palladium): Good strength and esthetics at a more economical price.
        • Base Metal: Strong and economical.

      3. Full Cast Metal

      • Characteristics: Fabricated entirely from dental alloy (gold or non-precious), offering ultimate strength and durability without porcelain.
      • Indications: Posterior crowns and bridges where maximum strength, longevity, and minimal preparation are paramount, and esthetics are less critical.
      • Advantages: Unsurpassed strength, wear resistance, excellent longevity, minimal opposing tooth wear, conservative tooth preparation.

      Preparation Guidelines:

      • Margin Design: Recommended for chamfer or shoulder preparations, with a smooth, continuous finish line.
      • Axial Reduction:
        • All-Ceramic (Zirconia/e.max): 1.0mm – 1.5mm occlusal/incisal reduction, 1.0mm axial reduction.
        • PFM: 1.5mm – 2.0mm occlusal/incisal reduction, 1.2mm – 1.5mm axial reduction (for adequate porcelain thickness).
        • Full Cast: 0.7mm – 1.0mm occlusal/incisal and axial reduction.
      • Interocclusal Clearance: Adequate clearance (1.5mm-2.0mm minimum) is essential for material thickness and strength.
      • Smoothness: Ensure all prepared surfaces are smooth with rounded line angles.

      Cementation Recommendations:

      • All-Ceramic (e.max/Layered Zirconia): Adhesive bonding with resin cement is recommended for optimal strength and retention.
      • Full-Contour Zirconia/PFM/Full Cast: Traditional resin-modified glass ionomer (RMGI) or self-adhesive resin cements are generally suitable.

      Shade Matching:

      • Utilize VITA Classical or VITA 3D Master shade guides for accurate color selection.
      • For complex cases or specific esthetic requirements, please provide stump shade, patient photos, and any custom characterization notes.

      Submission Requirements:

      • Accurate Impressions: High-quality PVS or digital intraoral scans of the prepared arch.
      • Opposing Arch: Impression or scan of the opposing dentition.
      • Bite Registration: Accurate bite record (wax bite, PVS, or digital).
      • Detailed Prescription Form: Fully completed with patient information, tooth number(s), material selection, shade, and specific instructions.
      • Clinical Photos (Optional but Recommended): Especially for anterior cases, to aid in custom shading and characterization.
