Restore smiles with confidence and precision using our advanced Dental Composite Filling Material. Engineered for exceptional aesthetics, durability, and ease of use, this light-cured, radiopaque, resin-based composite is the ideal solution for a wide range of direct restorative procedures.
Product Overview
Our Dental Composite Filling Material represents the pinnacle of restorative dentistry, combining superior strength with unparalleled natural beauty. Developed with dentists in mind, it offers excellent handling characteristics, allowing for seamless sculpting and anatomical precision. Its advanced filler technology ensures long-lasting restorations that mimic the natural tooth structure, providing patients with durable, esthetic, and comfortable results.
Key Features & Benefits
1. Natural Aesthetics & Chameleon Effect
Wide Shade Range: Available in a comprehensive array of VITA® classical shades, including opaque and translucent options, to perfectly match existing tooth structure.
High Polishability: Achieves a brilliant, long-lasting luster that resists staining, maintaining the restoration's natural appearance over time.
Exceptional Blending: Formulated to seamlessly integrate with surrounding tooth tissue, creating virtually invisible restorations that enhance the patient's smile without detection.
2. Superior Durability & Wear Resistance
High Filler Content: Optimized micro-hybrid and nano-hybrid filler particles provide excellent mechanical properties, including high compressive and flexural strength.
Long-lasting Restorations: Engineered to withstand occlusal forces and daily wear, minimizing chipping and fracture for enduring clinical success.
Low Wear Rate: Ensures the restoration maintains its anatomical form and functionality over many years, reducing the need for premature replacement.
3. Excellent Handling & Workability
Optimal Viscosity: Non-sticky and sculptable consistency allows for precise placement and easy contouring without slumping or pulling back.
Extended Working Time: Sufficient working time under ambient light facilitates meticulous anatomical build-ups.
Reliable Bond: Designed for robust bonding to etched enamel and dentin when used with a compatible dental adhesive, ensuring a strong, gap-free interface.
Minimizes Post-Operative Sensitivity: The integrity of the marginal seal helps prevent bacterial ingress and fluid movement, reducing the incidence of post-operative discomfort.
5. Radiopacity for Diagnostic Clarity
Clear Visibility: High radiopacity ensures that the filling material is clearly discernible on X-rays, allowing for easy differentiation from tooth structure and aiding in post-operative assessment and detection of secondary caries.
6. Biocompatible Formulation
Patient Safety: Manufactured with high-quality, biocompatible resins and fillers, ensuring safety and minimal tissue irritation.
Low Polymerization Shrinkage: Minimizes internal stress and marginal gap formation, further contributing to the longevity and integrity of the restoration.
