SUSHAKTHI CONSTRUCTIONS

The founder and promoter of Sakthi Constructions, the late Mr. V. R. Nachimuthu, had given concrete shape to his vision by building a world-class construction company that rivals the best in the industry. More than five decades ago, in the year 1962, Mr. V. R. Nachimuthu took his first but momentous step in the construction industry by establishing a small construction company in his own name M/s V. R. Nachimuthu Constructions. Starting off modestly with constructing a part of Aliyar Dam in Pollachi, Mr. V. R. Nachimuthu’s philosophy rested on hard work, dedication and sincerity giving him a sound understanding of the trade, which enabled him to successfully complete several government and private assignments. Not one to rest on his laurels, and spurred by his passion to succeed combined with diligence and innovation, Mr. V.R. Nachimuthu carried forward his trail blazing efforts by launching Sakthi Constructions in the year 1983 to focus exclusively on the promotion of premium apartment complexes. In addition to him being a celebrated entrepreneur, Mr. V.R. Nachimuthu was a well known humanitarian who was actively involved in a number of initiatives for the betterment of the underprivileged and the society at large.
