CV Engineering is currently working on construction engineering for proposed flat rolling facility situated on approx. 1200-acre greenfield site that will produce flat rolled products. This is a mega project where CV Engineering is providing comprehensive design and engineering services across multiple disciplines for the entire facility and its associated infrastructure and ancillary facilities. The 700k SFT Hot Mill Complex contains 2 each DC electric arc furnace; 2 each twin ladle metallurgical furnace; 2 each Pump degasser; one 3.6MPTY thin slab caster; Baghouse; endless mode Hot Strip Mill; 2 Coilers. The 1.6mn SFT Cold Mill Complex consists of PLTCM; Annealing Furnaces; Temper Mill; Construction Galv. Line; Automotive Galv. Line; Re-Coil Line; Automated Coil Storage & Shipping Facilities. Auxiliary and Ancillary facilities including  35kV Power Distribution; Power Distribution Equipment; Water Systems; Air Separation Plant; Compressed Air Plant.
